Orders:
We aim to delivery goods in stock within 3-5 working days. In some cases due to courier delays your order may take more than 5 working days.

Items under 2 Kg in weight are shipped via Royal Mail, 1st class, Recorded / Signed For.
These orders take 1-2 days to arrive .
Making A Purchase:
Just browse our shop and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart . After you have finished your selection, click on checkout and you will be asked for few details that we need to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Master Card, Solo and Maestro via secure Roman Cart and Pay Pal Payment System.
Return Policy:
In the unlikely event that your goods are received damaged or with a manufacturer’s fault, you must notify us within 24 hours of the receipt of your order . Goods must then be shipped back to Exclusive Tiling Ltd .
All goods returned to Exclusive Tiling Limited must be returned in it’s original packaging and unused.
Under the Distance Selling Regulation 2000, customers may return goods up to seven days after the order is placed. Returned goods must be unused and in it’s original packaging.
Exclusive Tiling Limited will not be responsible for shipping goods back to us, this is the responsibility of the consumer.
Monies will be refunded once the order has been returned to us and received in good order less 30% re-stocking fee of the initial price of the goods ordered and less the original shipping cost.
Taxes:
Orders placed are subject to VAT at the standard UK rate and will be added to the original cost of the goods.

Exclusive Tiling Limited cannot be responsible for user error or heavy handedness of any tool sold on this site. It is up to the management of Exclusive Tiling Limited to refund any monies paid for any product we deem has not fulfilled it’s description.
